Designed and built for Banner Real Estate Group, the Banner Self Storage facility is a 140,000-square-foot, climate-controlled self-storage facility.
This project consists of an approximately 140,000 SF self-storage facility designed to provide climate-controlled storage with a range of unit configurations. The building includes an approximately 1,000 SF office area and offers 1,258 total storage units, including 36 ADA-compliant units and 11 different unit sizes to accommodate varying tenant needs.
The structure is constructed using cold-formed metal framing with a metal panel façade, providing durability and efficient construction. The facility includes interior conditioned loading docks and is fully climate-controlled, supporting consistent interior conditions for stored goods. Vertical circulation is provided by two elevators, allowing access to all levels.
Sustainability features include an installed solar array with additional capacity for future solar expansion. Infrastructure improvements included main utility service upgrades for water, sewer, and electrical systems, supporting long-term operational demand. Preconstruction services included architectural and engineering coordination, ensuring efficient design and system integration. The project was engineered to deliver a high-capacity, climate-controlled storage facility with flexible unit options and durable building systems.
