235,522 SF Distribution Facility | Olathe, Kansas
ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group are currently working to complete a 235,522 SF distribution facility in Olathe, Kansas. The 54-acre development includes extensive site work such as more than 25,000 CY of rock excavation, public road installation, and extensions to utilities. Another 140,490 SF distribution facility planned to sit on the same site is currently in-design.

Multi-Building Industrial Park Totaling 863,000+ SF | Apopka, Florida
ARCO and BlueScope Properties Group have partnered to complete three distribution facilities within the Mid Florida Logistics Park – a class A industrial business park that occupies 40 acres of land in Apopka. Projects completed include two build-to-suit facilities for end-users, Coca-Cola and Goya Foods, as well as a speculative warehouse development.
THE PARK @ 429
245,973 SF & 195,144 SF Distribution Facilities | Ocoee, Florida
ARCO began our long-standing partnership with BlueScope Properties Group with the completion of The Park @ 429 – a two-building industrial park in Ocoee, Florida. ARCO later completed a tenant improvement project inside one of the facilities for end-user, CITY Furniture. The project included an 85,000 SF showroom, as well as a 165,000 SF warehouse and was completed in less than 6 months.
