ARCO recently completed a 279,000 SF distribution facility for repeat developer client Scannell Properties in Twinsburg, Ohio! Built on a speculative basis, prior to completion the multi-tenant facility was leased to Pepsico and a confidential Fortune 500 chemicals and materials company. Project features include 42 dock positions, 32’ clear height, tilt-up construction, and more.

The 17-acre development is located within the Cornerstone Business Park – a former Chrysler manufacturing plant turned state-of-the-art industrial park – where ARCO and Scannell have partnered to complete two additional facilities for end-users Performance Food Group and Amazon.
