ARCO recently celebrated the completion of a 100,050 SF manufacturing facility in Sanford, Florida for Kemco Industries, LLC, a leading provider of indoor metal fabrication and electrical panel manufacturing. Strategically located in the Central Florida market, the new facility has nearly doubled Kemco’s capacity.
The 20-acre development features a temperature-controlled warehouse, two 5-ton bridge cranes, one 3-ton bridge crane, 28’ clear height, and tilt-up concrete construction. Additional facility features include six dock positions, seven drive-in doors, 4,000 amps of electrical power, and 14,000 SF of modern office space.
Designed with growth in mind, the site can accommodate a 100,000 SF future expansion, ensuring Kemco’s ability to meet increasing demand.
