ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a state-of-the-art 375,000 SF wine & spirits distribution facility for a leading wholesaler in Geismar, Louisiana. The facility is strategically positioned in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area to service customers throughout the region.
The facility includes 357,000 SF of conditioned warehouse space, a cutting-edge material handling equipment mezzanine, 38' clear height, 32 dock positions, and insulated tilt-up construction. Additional features include a 15,400 SF warehouse office, a 13,260 SF POS area, and a 2,600 SF hospitality suite.
ARCO designed the facility to accommodate growth, with the capacity to expand up to 675,000 SF in the future.
