ARCO COMPLETES AUTOMATED DISTRIBUTION FACILITY PROJECT FOR ACCELERATE360

ARCO’s Kansas City team recently completed a 455,220 SF tenant improvement project for Accelerate 360! Located in the greater Kansas City region, the distribution facility features a state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), new conveyor systems, and automated equipment for carton assembly. Because of its strategic location and advanced technology, the facility will serve as a centralized hub for the company’s nationwide distribution network.
The new facility will provide Accelerate with the new technology, data analytics, and system enhancements to increase their offerings related to the distribution of consumer packaged goods and e-commerce fulfillment services for retailer, brands, and consumers. Additionally, the project is expected to bring more than 165 new jobs to the Kansas City region.
