Designed and built for Blue Crane, this project is an 160,000-total-square-foot multi-family and retail development for VIA.
This project consists of an approximately 160,000 SF mixed-use residential development constructed on a 2.54-acre site, integrating multifamily housing, amenity space, and ground-floor retail. The development includes four multi-story buildings delivering 151 residential units, comprised of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, along with approximately 10,000 SF of retail space.
The residential portion includes approximately 110,000 SF of living space and 40,000 SF of amenity areas, designed to support resident comfort and daily operations. Amenities include a fitness room, secured package room, and leasing space, providing centralized services and shared facilities.
Site improvements include 176 parking stalls, featuring semi-enclosed resident parking and EV charging stations to support future vehicle demand. The project was engineered to deliver a dense, urban-style residential environment with integrated retail, efficient site utilization, and modern amenity offerings.
