ARCO National Construction’s New England division recently completed a warehouse tenant improvement project for Vestcom, a leading provider of technology-driven shelf-edge media solutions. The newly enhanced 100,000-square-foot facility is located in Norton, Massachusetts, and was upgraded to meet the growing demands of Vestcom’s operations.
Originally built by ARCO as a speculative development, the state-of-the-art facility was designed to accommodate multiple tenants. Vestcom has leased approximately 60% of the space. ARCO worked closely with the company to customize the warehouse to meet its specific needs. The tenant improvement project included 53,000 square feet of warehouse upgrades, alongside a 3,500-square-foot office fit-out.
Additional features of the facility include a 36-foot clear height, 20 dock positions, and two drive-in ramps, all of which were part of the original building shell construction.
