Racquet Club Ladue

Designed and Built for Racquet Club Ladue, this project is a 36,750 total square foot club, office, dining, and events facility renovation.

This comprehensive 36,750 SF renovation project for a multi-functional event facility includes high-end interior upgrades, advanced utility integrations, and expanded amenities to cater to event, dining, office, and club spaces. The design features custom bar finishes in the new pub area and a specially crafted operable wall with wainscoting trim to separate the lounge from the event space, adding elegance and versatility to the venue layout.

Strategic infrastructure updates include widened corridors, relocated stairs for better accessibility, and improved Wi-Fi coverage. The kitchen now houses additional hotline equipment, a new cooler/freezer, and a chef’s office, enhancing culinary operations. The members' lounge features a newly built fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for patrons. To elevate the indoor sports experience, the viewing platform for the indoor tennis area has been extended, while exterior areas have been revamped to include a patio, fire pit, bocce and pickleball courts, an outdoor bar, and modern lighting.

Additional facility improvements include retrofitted LED lighting for energy efficiency, new flooring throughout, upgraded restrooms with full partition stalls, and a conditioned maintenance workshop. Structural wall rework has optimized the use of available space, supporting the facility’s growing multifunctional needs.
