Designed and Built for Paddy P's, this project is a 7,860 total square foot sports bar and restaurant addition and renovation.

This 7,860 SF sports bar and restaurant expansion project introduces a vibrant rooftop patio, allowing guests to enjoy an elevated, open-air dining experience with sweeping views. Designed with a distinctive brick façade and overhead doors, the new structure facilitates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, creating a versatile space where patrons can enjoy the ambiance of both settings. The air-conditioned first floor includes both a spacious bar and multiple entertainment zones, ensuring comfort while maintaining the atmosphere of an upscale sports venue.

Additionally, 4,000 SF of the existing building was renovated to accommodate corporate offices and an expansive, state-of-the-art kitchen. This renovation supports both the operational and culinary needs of the facility, allowing for an elevated dining experience and efficient service. Despite the project’s scale, the construction was completed in an impressive 3.5 months, showcasing the team’s dedication to a fast-track schedule without sacrificing quality. The end result is a dynamic and comfortable venue designed to meet the expectations of both sports enthusiasts and dining patrons.
