ARCO CELEBRATES VERTICAL WALL RAISING OF DENVER MIXED-INCOME APARTMENT COMMUNITY

ARCO Living Group is thrilled to celebrate the vertical wall raising of a 272,000 SF apartment community for Overland Property Group in the Green Valley Ranch area of Denver, Colorado! The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch is a ten-building mixed-income development featuring nine residential buildings, a clubhouse, and several amenities. On August 13th, we celebrated the vertical wall raising of this HUD-financed project with Denver Councilwoman Stacie Gilmore, the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), Overland Property Group, and other stakeholders.

An exciting addition to the City and County of Denver, the project will address the area’s need for high-quality, affordable housing. The nine garden-style residential buildings will include 216 units of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, with a total of 414 beds. Additional amenities include a 5,000 square-foot clubhouse with a 24/7 fitness center, movie theater, game room, indoor and outdoor fireside rooms, playground, basketball court, and a business center.
