Designed and Built for New Belgium Brewing Co., this project is a 132,000 total square foot beverage distribution facility.
This 132,000 SF beverage distribution center showcases a commitment to operational efficiency and environmental stewardship, earning it LEED® Silver Certification. Key components of the facility include an 88,000 SF cooler, a 36,305 SF controlled temperature warehouse, and a 9,320 SF dunnage canopy, designed to store and distribute temperature-sensitive beverages. A specialized 1,100 SF hops cooler caters to unique inventory needs, emphasizing precise climate control.
Constructed with insulated tilt-up concrete, the building offers exceptional thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption and minimizing the environmental impact of its operations. The 29' clear height maximizes storage capacity, optimizing the use of space while supporting future growth. Sustainable features, including advanced energy systems and resource-efficient construction practices, reinforce the facility’s role as a leader in sustainable beverage distribution.
This design-build project not only emphasizes durability and operational excellence but also prioritizes environmental responsibility, setting a benchmark for green building practices in the beverage industry.
