This 19,000 SF build-out for Naples Community Hospital Outpatient Center includes comprehensive renovations and modernized amenities designed to enhance patient care. The exterior facade has been fully renovated with EIFS, plaster, and storefront, offering a refreshed, welcoming appearance for visitors. Separate, dedicated entrances support streamlined patient flow, including entry points for the cardiac rehab area, which features adjacent training and consultation rooms to provide focused care for cardiac patients.

Inside, the facility is equipped with 27 exam rooms for use by the outpatient team, family practice, and cardiac imaging. A state-of-the-art X-ray room and a specialized cardiac imaging center, including stress, nuclear, and ECHO rooms, provide cutting-edge diagnostic capabilities to support patient treatment plans. The lab space enables real-time results, streamlining diagnosis and follow-up.

The design-build approach allowed for seamless integration of healthcare technology with patient-focused design, ensuring that each area meets the stringent demands of a high-functioning outpatient center.
