OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT IN CANTON, OH
Designed and built for Maxim Healthcare, this project is an 8,000-total-square-foot office tenant improvement.
This project consists of an approximately 8,000 SF office build-out designed to deliver a functional, efficient workspace within an existing steel and concrete structure. The layout includes an approximately 2,500 SF open office area, eleven private offices, and one conference room, supporting both collaborative and private work environments.
The build-out also includes a dedicated break room equipped with a sink, ice maker, and two refrigerators, providing full employee support space. Entry improvements include a double glass door main entry and a wood side door entry, improving access and circulation throughout the suite.
The project was executed on an expedited schedule and completed in under 50 days, requiring tight coordination of trades, material lead times, and interior finish sequencing to meet the client’s occupancy deadline.
