Designed and Built for Carvana, ARCO has completed 8 unique car dealership & vehicle inspection center projects totaling 423,650 SF in 6 states nationwide.
ARCO's partnership with Carvana totals 423,650 SF across eight sites, showcasing a range of innovative automotive facilities. Six projects feature 8-story (65 feet tall) vehicle vending machine towers with attached 1-story customer service centers, while one tower stands out as a 12-story design—the tallest vehicle vending machine in the U.S. These structures include central vehicle shuttles and curtain wall systems, and the designs combine steel structures with glass facades, reflecting a focus on durability and aesthetics.
Additionally, two projects are large-scale vehicle inspection centers exceeding 190,000 SF, with expansive parking lots of 120 and 73 acres. These facilities incorporate paint booths, car washes, detailing bays with chemical supply systems, and guard shacks for comprehensive site security.
Each project included main utility services for water, sewer, gas, and electrical, along with preconstruction services such as permitting, structural engineering, and MEP design. These facilities highlight ARCO’s capability to deliver complex, large-scale automotive infrastructure that balances functionality with striking architectural design.
