Designed and Built for M Burger, this project is a 1,200 total square foot fast casual restaurant build-out.
This rapid restaurant build-out for M Burger at Water Tower Place was completed within an intense three-week schedule, achieving a fully functional and high-quality dining space on an accelerated timeline. The project included meticulous custom millwork and stainless steel finishes throughout the restaurant, adding both aesthetic appeal and durability. Exposed ceilings contributed to a modern, open ambiance, aligning with the M Burger brand's straightforward, contemporary design.
Kitchen improvements were a crucial part of the build-out, ensuring that the back-of-house facilities could support the high volume of operations expected in such a prime location. This involved not only installing state-of-the-art cooking equipment but also enhancing efficiency through strategic layout adjustments.
Custom flooring installed throughout the restaurant added both visual appeal and robustness to handle heavy foot traffic. By seamlessly coordinating with trades and implementing efficient construction practices, the team delivered an exceptional dining experience on a tight schedule, allowing M Burger to launch with a fresh and inviting environment reflective of its high standards.
