This 2,515,169 SF, two-building industrial park was designed to meet the specific needs of major corporations, including Lowe’s and a confidential Fortune 500 company. These build-to-suit distribution centers prioritize efficiency, scalability, and high-performance features, making them ideal for large-scale logistics and warehousing operations.

The 1,300,000 SF distribution center for Lowe’s consists of 1,284,153 SF of warehouse space, a 15,847 SF office, and a 192 SF guard shack. The facility is designed with a 40’ clear height to optimize storage and vertical space for efficient operations. It features 147 dock positions, enabling seamless inbound and outbound logistics. Built using tilt-up construction, the facility also has a 4,000-amp electrical service to meet its extensive operational needs.

The 1,215,169 SF build-to-suit facility for a Fortune 500 company includes 1,185,600 SF of warehouse space and a 29,569 SF office. With a 40’ clear height, it offers ample storage capacity and operational flexibility. Constructed with precast concrete, the facility is equipped with a wet pipe, hydraulically calculated ESFR sprinkler system and a diesel fire pump to meet NFPA safety requirements. The building also features 12 EV charging stations and a robust 6,000-amp electrical service, supporting advanced logistics technologies while promoting energy efficiency.
