Designed and Built for CITY Furniture, the furniture distribution facility and showroom is 1,388,400 total square feet.
This 1,388,400 SF furniture distribution facility features a large-scale warehouse totaling 1,011,100 SF as well as a two-story showroom totaling 188,890 SF. Each area is designed with specific construction features to meet operational needs. The warehouse utilizes uninsulated tilt-up construction, providing durability and efficiency, while the showroom features insulated tilt-up panels for better climate control.
The facility is equipped with 226 dock positions, ensuring efficient loading and unloading capabilities. The building offers a 39-foot clear height, maximizing vertical storage space. All operations are spread across an 87-acre site, providing ample space for logistical movements, storage, and expansion possibilities. The site also features a robust 60 mil TPO roof system with R-20 insulation, enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and protecting it from the Florida weather.
Additional features inside the facility include two escalators and two material lifts, allowing for efficient movement between levels. The warehouse is heated to ensure a consistent working environment year-round. Power demands are met by two 4,000-amp electrical services, providing sufficient power for the facility's large-scale operations and equipment. These key elements combine to create a facility designed for both high performance and longevity.
