ARCO BREAKS GROUND ON 1.2 MILLION SQUARE FOOT DISTRIBUTION FACILITY & SHOWROOM FOR CITY FURNITURE

ARCO is excited to begin construction on a new 1.2 million square foot distribution facility and showroom for repeat client CITY Furniture! The 87-acre the development will feature a 1,011,107 SF heated warehouse and a 188,890 SF, two-story showroom.

Located between Orlando and Tampa in Plant City, Florida, the new facility will house the company’s regional corporate office and feature the signature CITY Furniture amenities including the KC Wine Bar, CITY Marketplace, and Mattress Gallery. The project is expected to bring 500 new jobs to the region.

This is the second project ARCO and CITY Furniture have partnered on, previously completing a 250,000 SF distribution facility and showroom in Ocoee, Florida in 2019.
