Designed and built for Live Nation Entertainment, the Morton Amphitheater is a 16,000 seat capacity outdoor concert venue.

This project consists of an approximately 16,000-seat outdoor amphitheater developed on a 165-acre site and designed to support large-scale live entertainment events. Site development required the import of more than 360,000 cubic yards of soil and included comprehensive infrastructure improvements across a levee-protected property.

The venue features an earth-retained auditorium bowl with fixed seating covered by an approximately 100,000 SF canopy, providing weather protection and enhanced audience experience. Structural support for the bowl includes an MSE Redi-Rock retaining wall system engineered to accommodate the significant grade changes required for the venue layout.

The development includes 13 auxiliary support buildings, including a VIP club, concession village, speed bars, box office, and administrative facilities, supporting event operations and guest services. Back-of-house infrastructure includes ten dock positions and forty trailer and tour bus parking spaces to accommodate touring productions and event logistics.

Site improvements include approximately 6,000 parking stalls, turnkey landscaping and irrigation systems, stadium-style parking lot lighting, and a CCTV security system. Electrical infrastructure consists of two 4,000-amp electrical services supporting venue operations, custom lighting systems, and event production requirements. Additional building systems include custom lighting controls and TPO roofing systems throughout the support facilities. The project was engineered to deliver a large-scale entertainment venue with integrated site infrastructure, event support facilities, and long-term operational durability.
