Located at Klosterman Baking Company’s Boone County bakery in Hebron, Kentucky, this 28,000 SF tenant improvement project modernized and reconfigured existing office space to better support day-to-day operations and future growth.
The scope included a 4,200 SF open office area, twenty-seven private offices, three 730 SF executive suites, an 830 SF HR suite, and a 1,300 SF breakroom. A two-story updated lobby created a refreshed main entry, and a new elevator was added. A 9,200 SF future buildout shell was also included to allow for continued expansion as needs evolved.
Construction was completed within an active facility, requiring careful phasing to maintain ongoing bakery operations throughout the duration of the project. The work was delivered on an aggressive schedule, with close coordination required to minimize disruption.
