iFLY

Designed and Built for iFLY, this project is an 11,500 total square foot premier indoor skydiving and retail and entertainment facility.

The 6,500 SF premier indoor skydiving facility combined with a 5,000 SF retail and entertainment space creates a state-of-the-art destination designed to deliver a unique, high-energy experience. Central to the facility is a fully enclosed, closed-loop wind tunnel system capable of generating wind speeds up to 175 mph, providing guests with an authentic free-fall simulation in a safe, controlled environment. Supporting this feature is the installation of a 160-ton closed-loop chilled water system, ensuring precise temperature regulation and efficient operation of the tunnel’s high-performance components.

The structural design integrates cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete construction, delivering a robust and efficient building envelope. Exterior finishes showcase a sophisticated combination of concrete, stone façade, EIFS, GFRC panels, and expansive glazing, blending durability with an inviting, modern aesthetic. The design supports the facility’s focus on guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Interior spaces are enhanced by fully automated wind tunnel and HVAC controls, enabling consistent environmental management and seamless integration with the facility’s advanced mechanical systems. The space planning and systems coordination prioritize both functionality and user experience, ensuring a smooth operational flow for guests and staff.
