ARCO partnered with Topgolf to deliver a 66,000 SF, three-story premier golf entertainment complex that seamlessly blends cutting-edge technology with premium hospitality. This state-of-the-art venue reimagines social recreation, offering an immersive experience for golfers and non-golfers alike.

The facility features a dynamic mix of high-end spaces, including a 15,000 SF bar and restaurant, a 4,300 SF rooftop beer garden, and 102 RFID-enabled hitting bays designed for instantaneous ball tracking and feedback. Outfield targets constructed from heavy gauge corrugated metal with integrated heat trace systems ensure year-round functionality while reinforcing Topgolf’s iconic design aesthetic.

Supporting the guest experience is a robust infrastructure, including an automated ball distribution system, advanced mechanical and electrical systems powering 235 high-definition TVs, gaming consoles, and gas infrared heaters. The design is elevated through premium finishes such as wood and aluminum ceiling elements, stacked stone accents, and custom lighting fixtures with advanced controls.

This design-build project encompassed civil, structural, and MEP scopes, delivering a fully integrated entertainment destination that sets the standard for technology-driven leisure environments.
