Designed and Built for Home Run Dugout, this project is an 46,000 total square foot baseball entertainment facility.

This 46,000 SF baseball entertainment facility merges interactive sports and dining with high-tech amenities and premium finishes, creating a modern and engaging experience for sports enthusiasts and families alike. The facility features 8,900 SF of indoor batting bays equipped with virtual batting cages as well as a unique wiffle ball field adjacent to a beer garden for a fun, casual atmosphere.

The venue’s 3,500 SF commercial kitchen is fully equipped with soda, kitchen grease, and draft beer systems, supporting both the indoor and outdoor bar areas that together span 1,700 SF, complete with a remote bar option. Seventy strategically placed TVs are powered by robust data and electrical systems, ensuring guests don’t miss any action. High-end Corten rusted metal paneling enhances the facility's aesthetic, adding a sophisticated industrial edge.

Built with a pre-engineered metal building and structural steel framework, the construction includes 50-foot tall net poles and a nostalgic “Field of Dreams” scoreboard. The preconstruction services covered architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and life safety considerations, ensuring a well-rounded and fully compliant build. This facility is designed to be a premier destination, combining the thrill of baseball with quality dining and immersive technology in a striking, modern setting.
