HOTEL RENOVATION IN DAYTONA BEACH, FL
Designed and Built for the Hard Rock Hotel, this project is a large-scale oceanfront hotel renovation.
This extensive renovation transforms a 200-room, seven-story oceanfront hotel with updated interior finishes across 62,200 SF of public areas. Enhancements include a revitalized lobby, lounge, and promenade, offering guests an elevated coastal experience. Dining and relaxation spaces are fully renovated, featuring a full-service restaurant, bar, café, and the Rock Spa and Salon, which now includes four treatment rooms, a stone massage room, and steam showers.
The remodel also brings new energy to event spaces, with updated ballrooms, meeting rooms, and pre-function areas. Guest wellness amenities are upgraded with the Body Rock Fitness Center and Roxity Youth Club, while the Rock Shop retail area offers a refreshed shopping experience. The design incorporates custom cabinetry and wood paneling, glass cases displaying celebrity memorabilia, terrazzo floors, and unique wall murals, blending modern luxury with classic appeal to provide an unforgettable guest experience.
