Designed and Built for Grundfos, this project is a 41,205 total square foot Class A office building.

This 41,205 SF Class A office building is a modern, purpose-built facility designed to meet the needs of a global corporation. The open office design features a variety of collaborative spaces, including multiple conference rooms, breakout areas, and a café, to foster a dynamic work environment. The building also includes dedicated areas for training, with specialized rooms for national vendors and technical support. A call center is integrated within the space to support technical inquiries, and soundproof rooms are provided for recording training materials and webinars.

The facility is equipped with a 3,762 SF loading/storage dock, including a drive-in door and two overhead dock doors with 45,000 pound mechanical levelers. This robust loading area ensures smooth operations and efficient deliveries. The building’s structural design incorporates load-bearing tilt-up concrete and a steel-framed canopy, offering durability and flexibility. A 60 mil mechanically attached roof provides weather protection, while the access control system ensures security throughout.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the building incorporates a green mechanical system with energy-recovering ventilation and supplemental heating and cooling via a geothermal heat pump. Additionally, a SEVO clean agent system is installed in server rooms to protect critical equipment. The facility is powered by a 3,000 AMP electrical service with generator backup to ensure operational continuity for IT services.

This office will serve as the regional headquarters for the global corporation, with design coordination with the company’s headquarters in Denmark to ensure alignment with corporate branding standards. The design-build delivery method ensures streamlined project execution, bringing the facility from concept to completion.
