Designed and Built for Great Bay Distributors, this project is a 268,000 total square foot beverage distribution facility.

This 268,000 SF beverage distribution center and office highlights innovative design and sustainability. The facility includes a 143,000 SF controlled environment warehouse and a 13,000 SF draught cooler, ensuring precise temperature regulation for beverage storage and distribution. Additional features include a corporate office building, hospitality facilities, a sign shop, truck loading canopy, maintenance building, truck wash, and fuel island, creating a comprehensive operational hub.

A standout element is the $2.6 million, 1.5-megawatt solar system—the largest privately-owned rooftop solar installation in Florida. This system reduces electric costs by up to 40% and is predicted to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 43,610 tons over its 25–30 year life cycle, equivalent to planting 1.1 million trees. Sustainability extends to the facility's natural gas water heaters and generators, LED interior and site lighting, and the energy-efficient insulated tilt-up concrete construction.

Designed as a 30' clear cross-dock facility, the center streamlines logistics and operations. This design-build delivery demonstrates the company’s commitment to sustainable innovation, optimizing efficiency while significantly reducing environmental impact.
