F1 Arcade

Designed and Built for F1 Arcade, this project is a 15,642 total square foot retrofit of an entertainment facility.

The 15,642 SF retrofit of a premier entertainment facility delivers a fully immersive experience through innovative design and advanced systems integration. The project features a 10,500 SF arcade space housing 69 state-of-the-art racing simulators, offering guests an unparalleled interactive environment. Complementing the entertainment spaces is a 2,015 SF event area designed to accommodate private functions and group gatherings.

A major design element includes 13,000 SF of raised access computer flooring, ranging from 15” to 18” in height, to support the extensive technological infrastructure required for the simulators and arcade systems. Two uniquely designed bars totaling 950 SF showcase one-of-a-kind finishes, including backlit shelving, mirrored elements, and custom plaster work, creating a visually striking centerpiece for guests. Custom millwork is featured throughout the facility to elevate the aesthetic and functional qualities of the space.

Key construction components include a chilled water system and a design-build delivery method that encompassed architectural, structural, MEP, and life safety elements. Coordination with owner vendors for low-voltage electrical systems, signage, and furniture was critical to ensuring a cohesive and high-functioning final product.
