Completed for Elevate Senior Living, this project is an 55,000 SF, 112-unit assisted living & memory care community.
This project consists of an approximately 55,000 SF assisted living and memory care community developed on a 7.2-acre site to provide multiple levels of senior housing and care. The development includes a two-story wood-framed building with 96 one-bedroom assisted living and memory care units, along with 16 independent living duplex units, providing additional residential options for seniors with varying care needs.
The community includes a clubhouse with shared amenities designed to support resident wellness, recreation, and daily activities. Interior spaces include a salon, fitness room, bistro, theater area, bar area, and gaming room, providing dedicated spaces for dining, entertainment, and social interaction. The facility also incorporates water and air filtration systems to support building performance and indoor environmental quality.
Site improvements include 48 parking spaces to accommodate residents, staff, and visitors. The project was engineered to deliver an integrated senior living community with durable wood-frame construction, residential care facilities, independent living accommodations, and amenities designed to support long-term operations and resident needs.
