ARCO National Construction has completed a 1,400,000-square-foot beverage manufacturing tenant improvement project for DrinkPAK, a leading contract manufacturer for canned beverages. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the facility supports the company’s significant expansion into North Texas as part of a broader investment in advanced beverage manufacturing infrastructure in the region.
DrinkPAK’s growth reflects a broader industry trend toward contract beverage manufacturing, as emerging brands and established beverage companies increasingly outsource production to scale quickly, reduce capital investment, and respond to evolving consumer demand. The continued rise of ready-to-drink, functional, alcoholic, and better-for-you beverage categories has driven demand for high-capacity, flexible co-manufacturing facilities across the country.
Operational capabilities include a high-acid production line capable of producing 1,600 cans per minute and an automated variety pack line capable of producing 1,200 cans per minute. Designed for flexibility and future growth, the facility supports production of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including energy drinks, sodas, waters, hard seltzers, canned cocktails, and more, with capacity for additional production lines as needed.
The project includes an 80,000-square-foot production area featuring two production lines, quality control lab space, and mixing areas, in addition to a 33,000-square-foot production office and a 13,000-square-foot general office. The facility also incorporates an 11,500-square-foot 40°F cooler to support beverage processing and storage. Multiple electrical services, including three 3,000 amp services, support the facility’s high-capacity equipment and production systems.
DrinkPAK’s expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth area represents a major capital investment projected to generate approximately 1,000 new full-time jobs by 2026 and includes multiple state-of-the-art production and manufacturing facilities totaling millions of square feet across the region. Strategic partnerships between DrinkPAK and local economic development organizations have supported the company’s growth and commitment to bringing advanced manufacturing jobs and infrastructure to North Texas.
