ARCO MARKS BEGINNING OF LATEST PROJECT FOR PURE DEVELOPMENT & DOMINO’S WITH DEMOLITION DAY EVENT
ARCO recently celebrated the start of our latest project for Domino’s and Pure Development in Ontario, California. The 64,320 SF expansion will more than double the size of the leading pizza chain’s busiest production and distribution center in the nation and will allow Domino’s to service thousands of stores throughout the Western U.S. To celebrate the start of this significant project, ARCO, Pure Development, and Domino’s hosted a special demolition day event, marking the official beginning of the project.
Once completed, the expansion will include a 31,351 SF dry warehouse, an 11,388 SF -10°F freezer, an 8,317 SF 35°F cold dock, and a 7,685 SF 35°F cooler. Additional features will include a CO2 refrigeration system, tilt-up concrete with insulated metal panel box-in-a-box construction, 32’ clear height, and 15 dock positions. This marks the third project ARCO and Domino’s have partnered to complete.
