ARCO National Construction recently completed a 207,285 SF cold storage facility for Cypress Cold Storage, a provider of temperature-controlled warehouse space and value-added services for the food sector. Located in Springdale, Arkansas, the state-of-the-art facility features cutting-edge refrigeration and freezing technology and offers customers end-to-end cold flexible storage solutions. The project is expected to bring approximately 50 jobs to Northwest Arkansas, an industry-leading region in food distribution and transportation.

Facility features include more than 170,000 square feet of temperature-controlled space, including 252 Tippman QFM quick freeze blast modules and multiple convertible freezers capable of accommodating a range of temperature requirements from -5°F to 28°F. The freezer space has a clear height of 34’6” and includes max density racking, allowing for more than 22,000 pallet positions.
