Crescent Crown Distributing

Designed and built for Crescent Crown Distributing, this project is a 280,000-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility and office in Surprise, Arizona.

This project consists of an approximately 280,000 SF beverage distribution center and office designed to support large-scale controlled-temperature storage and regional logistics operations. The facility includes an approximately 190,000 SF controlled temperature warehouse, a 20,000 SF draught cooler, a 10,000 SF office, and a 10,000 SF POS area, all integrated into a coordinated distribution layout.

The warehouse is designed with a 30-foot unobstructed clear height, allowing efficient palletized storage and material handling. Exterior improvements include a 20,000 SF rail canopy to support rail-served operations and a 7,000 SF loading dock canopy to protect dock activity from weather exposure. These features enhance inbound and outbound logistics flexibility across truck and rail transportation modes.

The project incorporated energy-efficient systems and building design strategies that resulted in approximately $250,000 in incentives secured through federal and utility energy efficiency programs. The facility was engineered to deliver durable construction, controlled-temperature performance, and optimized logistics infrastructure for high-volume beverage distribution.
