VETERINARY CLINICS IN ARIZONA
Designed and built for CityVet, ARCO has completed 4 veterinary clinic projects totaling approximately 15,000 SF.
This project consists of a multisite veterinary clinic renovations across Goodyear, Peoria, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, Arizona, with individual locations ranging from approximately 2,000 SF to 5,000 SF. Each renovation was executed within active commercial environments and tailored to support modern veterinary operations and specialized medical equipment.
The buildouts include X-ray rooms, kennels, break rooms, waiting and reception areas, exam rooms, treatment areas, surgery rooms, and private offices, organized to support efficient patient flow and staff operations. Scope included installation of owner-provided X-ray equipment and extendable surgery lights, requiring coordinated structural support, shielding, and utility connections.
Architectural upgrades include glass frames within walls and glass lites in doors, along with new storefront door glazing to enhance visibility and natural light. Interior finishes include luxury vinyl tile, plank, and sheet vinyl flooring, selected for durability and ease of maintenance in clinical environments. Walls feature Level 4 paint finishes and premium wall coverings to meet brand standards.
Mechanical upgrades included installation of new rooftop units (RTUs) and HVAC distribution systems, coordinated with medical space requirements. Additional improvements include updated lighting fixtures and custom millwork throughout. Preconstruction services included permitting coordination and approvals, ensuring streamlined delivery across multiple municipalities. The program was executed to deliver consistent brand standards and operational efficiency across all clinic locations.
