Designed and Built for Chicken N Pickle, this project is an 80,000 total square foot indoor/outdoor entertainment complex featuring pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard courts.

This expansive 80,000 SF indoor/outdoor entertainment venue is a multi-purpose destination, designed to cater to diverse recreational and social experiences. The space includes an 11,000 SF restaurant building and an 18,250 SF indoor court area that accommodates seven indoor courts, providing ample room for various activities. A fully-equipped 2,200 SF commercial kitchen serves the restaurant and outdoor dining spaces, which also feature a 9,000 SF second floor for additional dining and event hosting.

Outdoor amenities enhance the venue's versatility, including a 4,000 SF turf yard for gatherings, games, and events. For guest convenience, the site includes a 1,300 SF host shack building, a 500 SF platform for a TV wall and stage, a fire pit grill area, and six private 400 SF cabanas for more intimate gatherings. The complex also offers multiple recreational options, with four shuffleboard courts, four outdoor pickleball courts, and two bocce ball courts, appealing to sports enthusiasts.

The kitchen’s extensive features support high-volume service and include a CO2 system, beer draft and soda systems, kitchen grease systems, as well as wood-fired rotisserie and smoker equipment, perfect for an upscale, casual dining experience. This venue is crafted to bring together entertainment, dining, and sports in one sophisticated, user-centered environment, making it ideal for gatherings and events year-round.
