Campfire Ranch Little Sugar Camp

Designed and built for Campfire Ranch, this project is a 9,000-total-square-foot campground lodge renovation.

This project consists of an approximately 9,000 SF campground lodge renovation located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, designed to modernize common areas while preserving key historical finishes. The scope included full demolition and remodel of the lodge’s shared spaces, coordinated to maintain the existing architectural character while upgrading functionality and code compliance.

Interior improvements included a full kitchen renovation and the addition of an ADA-compliant guest room, enhancing accessibility and operational flexibility. Exterior work included finish upgrades and code-related improvements to improve durability and life safety performance.

The project also included design-assist and implementation of exterior amenities, including installation of a sauna and cold plunge, supporting the lodge’s position within Bella Vista’s active biking community. The renovation was engineered to deliver updated building systems, improved guest accommodations, and durable amenity enhancements while maintaining the lodge’s historic character and role as a basecamp for outdoor recreation.
