Designed and Built for Calare Properties, the NECI project is an 80,000 total square foot, 2-story office building renovation.

The renovation of this 80,000 SF facility, which includes a two-story office space, was designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The project comprises 74,725 SF of modernized office space and 4,775 SF dedicated to warehouse operations. To address infrastructure and employee needs, the facility now includes three new bathrooms (men’s, women’s, and unisex), polished concrete, and electrostatic flooring to ensure durability and a clean environment.

State-of-the-art upgrades include a new 250kVA diesel generator and a dry, oil-free air compressor, complete with compressed air piping distributed throughout the building for operational efficiency. The integration of an advanced Building Management System allows seamless interaction with existing Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Variable Volume Temperature (VVT) systems, improving energy management. Advanced lighting controls and LED lighting enhance energy efficiency while providing a modern workspace atmosphere.

The warehouse features a 16' clear height, two dock positions for streamlined logistics, and six entries for optimized access. Fire protection has been elevated with wet and pre-action systems, especially in the IDF and server rooms, ensuring safety for critical equipment. This comprehensive renovation reflects a focus on both technological and functional advancements, creating a highly adaptive space for future operations.
