Designed and built for AutoCamp, this project is a 7,500-total-square-foot, 37-acre glamping campground with a clubhouse and office.

This 37-acre glamping campground project in the Catskills offers an exceptional blend of nature and luxury, featuring a range of custom-built accommodations and high-end amenities. The centerpiece is a 5,000 SF timber/wood frame clubhouse, designed with large folding glass door walls for an open, airy environment. Adjacent to the clubhouse, a 2,500 SF pre-engineered metal building serves as office, storage, and laundry services space.

The campground includes 95 custom-built Airstream suites and luxury canvas tent campsites, each equipped with a fire pit and outdoor dining area. To ensure guest comfort, 106 outdoor parking spaces are provided, and extensive surveying minimized tree removal, preserving the natural wooded environment.

The clubhouse offers various amenities, including a retail space, a bar with taps, two meeting rooms, a reception area, public restrooms and showers, an outdoor spa, locker rooms, and both indoor and outdoor fire pits. Essential infrastructure upgrades include a new septic system with pump stations, tanks, and leaching fields, additional portable water holding tanks, and a water treatment room for reusing the existing well. All new utilities, including water, power, and septic piping, have been installed to support the campground's operations.
