Arlo Technologies

Designed and Built for Arlo Technologies, this project is an 80,000 total square foot office renovation.

This 80,000 SF office renovation involved the transformation of a stand-alone, three-story building. Key features included exposed ceilings throughout, with custom baffles to enhance the acoustics and aesthetics. The flooring was a combination of stained and polished concrete, VCT, and epoxy, chosen for durability and visual appeal. Exterior signage was updated to reflect the new branding, while a new emergency generator was installed to ensure power reliability.

Custom lab spaces were created on the first floor, equipped with supplemental cooling to meet specific needs. LED and direct/indirect lighting fixtures were integrated throughout the building, promoting energy efficiency and modern aesthetics. Custom millwork added to the unique design of the offices, and an upgraded Class A entry lobby with a waiting room and a featured wall provided a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Additional improvements included the installation of a new data center on the first floor and HVAC upgrades, including an air handling unit and supplemental cooling. Overhead doors were added for enhanced functionality. The project was delivered through a full design-build approach, ensuring efficient project coordination from start to finish.
