ARCO National Construction’s New England division recently completed a new 176,800 SF distribution facility for Lincoln Property Company in Wrentham, Massachusetts. The 34.48-acre Class A industrial development is located one mile from I-495 and prominently situated along Greater Boston’s premier industrial corridor, less than an hour drive from Boston, Providence, and Worcester.
Facility features include tilt-up construction with steel columns and joists, 32’ clear height, 35 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, two entries, 34 trailer parking spaces, 107 car parking spaces, and 3,000-amp electrical service. The site includes a sanitary waste disposal soil absorption system and a stormwater management retention and infiltration system.
The facility is designed to accommodate end-users looking to expand their distribution space in the region.
