ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division recently earned a 2025 Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal for their new office in collaboration with BlueScope Properties Group. Spanning 52,253 SF, the office and warehouse features 51 private offices, a 2,000 SF training room with stadium seating, and four conference rooms. The space also includes extensive amenities, including a gym, a break room with a kitchen and game room, and an NBA-sized basketball court, making it a true reflection of ARCO’s “work hard, play hard” culture.
Throughout the space, custom-branded design elements tell the story of ARCO’s legacy and culture, from full-wall murals showcasing the company’s timeline and core values to a map highlighting their sabbatical program. Each conference room celebrates Kansas City’s rich sports heritage with murals representing different leagues.
The new building was designed to accommodate future growth with phased expansion in mind and areas that can be reconfigured as the company’s needs change.
