ARCO National Construction's Kansas City division has completed a 213,701-square-foot speculative warehouse for repeat developer client Block Real Estate Services (BRES), located in Riverside, Missouri.
The tilt-up facility was constructed using aggregate piers at the foundations and building pad and features 32' clear height with 56' x 50' column spacing and 60' wide speed bays. The building offers twenty-two (22) dock door positions and four (4) drive-in door positions, along with 3,000-amp electrical service and LED bay fixtures throughout.
Additional features include an ESFR fire protection system and a 45-mil mechanically fastened TPO roof system with R-20 insulation. The property is supported by 62 trailer parking spaces and 227 car parking spaces, giving tenants the flexibility to scale distribution and logistics operations on site.
This project marks another milestone in ARCO's long-standing relationship with Block Real Estate Services, one of the Kansas City division's most active repeat developer clients.
