ARCO National Construction’s New England division has successfully partnered with developers John M. Corcoran & Company and The Brennan Group to deliver two state-of-the-art industrial facilities, totaling over 600,000 square feet, to the New England region.
Lunenburg Central: A Future-Ready Facility
ARCO completed a 372,000 SF Class A speculative industrial facility in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Known as Lunenburg Central, the facility features high bays and ample docks doors, concrete tilt-up construction, 6,900 SF of high hazard storage, a 2,562 SF office addition, and future-proofing amenities including a solar-ready roof system and the capacity for 10 electric vehicle charging stations.

Innovative Value Engineering
ARCO’s design-build approach included cost-saving solutions, such as dropping the ceiling height. This adjustment avoided costly fire protection upgrades. When a tenant was secured mid-construction, ARCO provided cost-effective finish options for the office addition, enabling a timely and budget-conscious project completion.
A Versatile Multi-Use Industrial Facility
ARCO also completed a 267,600 SF speculative industrial facility in Leicester, Massachusetts which was designed to accommodate multiple, diverse end-users, including warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing tenants.
Facility Features include 36’ clear height, three dock positions, tilt-up construction, and 299 vehicle parking spaces and 59 trailer parking spaces. Strategically situated near major distribution roadways, the facility has quick access to Mass. Pike I-90, I-290, I-395 interchange, and Worcester Regional Airport.
