ARCO National Construction’s New England division has completed a warehouse tenant improvement project for York Factory Direct in Marlborough, Massachusetts. ARCO originally constructed the 120,000-square-foot distribution facility shell on a speculative basis for repeat client Lincoln Property Company.
The project included 40,000 square feet of warehouse space with 32-foot clear height and 40’ x 60’ column spacing designed to support modern distribution and logistics operations. Additional upgrades included a 3,400-square-foot office build-out housing a training room, showroom, and restrooms. The facility also features one new drive-in ramp and the continued use of five existing dock positions.
