ARCO National Construction has completed an 11,800-square-foot delivery center for Jones Development and a confidential global e-commerce retailer in Roswell, New Mexico. The facility was developed as a rural last-mile delivery center, supporting efficient package distribution in a remote market.
The building includes 10,150 square feet of warehouse space and 1,650 square feet of office space. Constructed as a pre-engineered metal building with metal panel roof and wall systems, the facility was designed to provide durability and efficiency while meeting the operational requirements of a last-mile logistics hub.
The warehouse features a 14-foot clear height with an 18-foot eave height and includes three dock positions and 14 overhead doors to support high-volume delivery operations. The facility is equipped with 800 amp electrical service and includes a remote pre-manufactured fire pump house to support fire protection requirements.
Site development included cast-in-place concrete retaining walls along the dock well, installation of an onsite septic system, and an off-site water line extension to support utility infrastructure. The site also accommodates 31 car parking spaces, 28 van parking spaces, and two trailer parking spaces to support delivery fleet operations.
