ARCO National Construction has completed a 6,000-square-foot office build-out for commercial real estate owner and developer Lincoln Property Company at The Republic in Austin, Texas. The project delivers a modern workplace environment designed to support executive operations, collaboration, and client engagement within one of downtown Austin’s premier office developments.
The build-out includes executive offices, private offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, and a 16-person boardroom featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, draperies, wood built-ins, and upholstered bench seating. The space was designed with a high level of architectural detailing and premium interior finishes throughout.
Interior construction features include DIRTT demountable office fronts and openings, glass partitions, clerestory windows between private offices, custom wood-cased openings, and a custom reception ceiling. Additional finish elements include premium wall coverings, custom stained hardwood trim, and floating solid surface shelves with concealed supports.
The flooring scope incorporated inset carpet installed flush with adjacent polished concrete to create seamless transitions between spaces. Mechanical systems include a VAV HVAC system with wireless Trane controls to support occupant comfort and operational efficiency.
Specialty panel-ready appliances were integrated throughout the office, including a nugget ice machine at the wet bar and filtered drinking water systems. Additional amenities include a custom wet bar featuring solid surface countertops, backsplash finishes, and a panel-ready undercounter refrigerator.
The completed office provides Lincoln Property Company with a refined and functional workspace tailored to support daily operations within The Republic development.
