CoStar Group announced that Republic Wire Inc’s new 311,867-square-foot headquarters and distribution center in West Chester Township, Ohio, has earned the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. The award recognizes the project’s impact on the regional industrial sector and highlights the successful partnership between Republic Wire and ARCO National Construction’s Cincinnati office.
Delivered as a major expansion of the company’s existing operations, the facility reinforces Republic Wire’s long-term commitment to West Chester Township, where it has operated since 1994. Founded in 1982, Republic Wire is one of the nation’s largest electrical wire manufacturers, serving commercial, industrial, and residential markets across the country.
Positioned on a 15-acre site north of Cincinnati, the concrete tilt-up building includes 26-foot clear height, 12 dock positions, a drive-in ramp, and a 16,000-square-foot two-story office with a 7,500-square-foot mezzanine. Led by ARCO Cincinnati, the project incorporates increased capacity, upgraded infrastructure, and improved logistics efficiency, supporting Republic Wire’s continued growth in a key Midwest industrial market.
