This 8,500 SF third-floor office renovation and expansion for ARCO Cincinnati updated the existing space to better support the team’s day-to-day operations and continued growth. The project includes 6,850 SF of office space, a 1,200 SF break room, and a 450 SF lobby, along with four entry points, two conference rooms, and 17 private offices, accommodating a team of 28 employees.
The space features a 600 amp electrical service, Kisi door access system, and integrated speaker system. Quartz countertops and hardwood cabinetry were used in the break room and conference rooms, while the break room itself was designed as a central gathering space with an exposed ceiling, multiple commercial appliances, and added amenities like Golden Tee and a pool/ping pong table.
Construction was completed within an active office, requiring coordination to maintain ongoing operations throughout the project.
