ARCO recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 100,050 SF manufacturing facility in Sanford, Florida for KEMCO Industries! The new facility will replace the indoor metal fabrication and electrical panel manufacturing company’s existing space and nearly double its capacity. Once complete, the 20-acre development will feature a temperature-controlled warehouse, seven drive-in ramps, 28’ clear height, tilt-up concrete construction, and will have the potential to expand by an additional 95,700 SF.
