ARCO Beverage Group is providing design-build services on a beverage distribution facility expansion project for a leading wine and spirits wholesaler in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 270,000 SF expansion will significantly increase the company's ability to serve the region more efficiently.
Once complete, the facility will feature a conditioned warehouse space with state-of-the-art material handling equipment, 45’ clear height, 20 dock positions, and a 1,500 SF receiving office.
The project reflects Las Vegas' rise as one of the top 10 industrial markets in the U.S, driven by its strategic focus to diversify beyond its traditional retail and entertainment sectors as well as its robust transportation infrastructure. The region offers access to Henry Reid International Airport, the San Pedro Port Complex, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific freight rail systems.
