Designed and Built for 816 S. Kirkwood, this project is a 25,000 total square foot medical office building.

This 25,000 SF medical office building is a two-story facility thoughtfully designed to meet both aesthetic and functional needs for healthcare operations. The exterior features a robust brick masonry veneer, complemented by split-face block accents and structural columns. A striking curtain wall glass and aluminum panel design adds a modern architectural touch, while custom-designed aluminum coping provides additional refinement. A porte-cochère entry canopy enhances patient convenience, offering a covered area for seamless pick-up and drop-off.

The interior layout is centered around a well-organized core that includes an elevator and a visually appealing wrap staircase, ensuring accessibility for all users. Carefully planned spaces house doctors' offices and exam rooms, creating an efficient and comfortable environment for medical staff and patients alike. The design emphasizes patient flow and operational efficiency while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
